    Brief Introduction

RTK-FM/ZM fused cast zirconia mullite blocks are made from high-quality mullite clinker, imported bauxite and zircon sand by melting and casting at high temperature in electric arc furnace. It is mainly used for wear-resistant and high temperature resistant parts, such as skid roll bricks of metallurgical push-type furnace or tapping platform (tapping spout) of walking beam heating furnace and lining of garbage incinerator.
    Key Highlight: Intelligent Quality Management
We have passed ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 management system certification. At the same time, our company has established an intelligent management platform to conduct digital collection and analysis of the production process from raw materials to finished products, steadily improving the quality stability and traceability of products.
We use the most advanced flaw detection radar GPR of Laurel (USA) Instrument Co., Ltd. to detect the internal defects of blocks. The GPR is equipped with a 2.7G antenna, a positioning system, a touch screen operation interface and six control buttons. It can detect the internal cavities of inorganic non-metallic materials and display the detection results in images. The results are intuitive and efficient.
We establish a standardized, independent and efficient quality assurance system according to the requirements of modern enterprises. We rely on advanced analytical instruments and testing equipment to monitor the whole process of products, provide scientific and effective theoretical data for production, and provide users with high-level quality supervision services.

    Frequently Asked Questions

What are RTK-FM/ZM fused cast zirconia mullite blocks made of?
They are made from high-quality mullite clinker, imported bauxite, and zircon sand, which are melted and cast at high temperatures in an electric arc furnace.
What are the primary applications of these fused cast blocks?
They are primarily used for wear-resistant and high-temperature resistant parts, such as skid roll bricks in metallurgical push-type furnaces, tapping platforms (tapping spouts) in walking beam heating furnaces, and the linings of garbage incinerators.
How are internal defects in the blocks detected during manufacturing?
We utilize the advanced Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) system from Laurel (USA) Instrument Co., Ltd. Equipped with a 2.7G antenna and a positioning system, it efficiently detects internal cavities and defects, presenting the results as intuitive images.
What is the difference in ZrO₂ content between the FM and ZM typical values?
Based on our chemical composition specifications, the typical ZrO₂ content is 2.5% for the FM blocks and 5.0% for the ZM blocks.
What is the thermal conductivity of FM vs ZM blocks at high temperatures?
At 1300°C, the thermal conductivity of the FM blocks is 4.6 W/m·k, while the ZM blocks exhibit a higher thermal conductivity of 5.4 W/m·k.
What quality system certifications do you hold?
Our production processes and management systems have successfully passed and are certified under ISO9001 (Quality Management), ISO14001 (Environmental Management), and ISO45001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management).
