High Purity Fused Cast Zirconia Block RTK-Z910 - China Suppliers and Factory for Specialized Glass Furnaces
Brief Introduction
Fused cast zirconia blocks are high zirconia refractories made by melting high purity raw materials through special casting process. The series of molten high zirconium bricks mainly includes RTK-Z9540 (zirconium content >89%) and RTK-Z9510 (zirconium content >93%).
RTK-Z9510 Mineral composition: ZrO₂ (93.6%), SiO₂ (5.3%), Na₂O (0.05%).
The crystalline structure of fused cast zirconia blocks is mainly composed of baddeleyite, so it has extremely high corrosion resistance, low foaming rate characteristics, these advantages can prevent the contamination of the molten glass.
Zirconia refractory products are produced with PLC programmed special electric furnace and special material incubator. During casting, the shrinkage cavity block is obtained after molding. This casting method is generally used for cast zirconia block products.
We Reftech have passed ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 management system certification. At the same time, our company has established an intelligent management platform to conduct digital collection and analysis of the production process from raw materials to finished products, and have steadily improved the quality stability and traceability of products.
We establish a standardized, independent and efficient quality assurance system according to the requirements of modern enterprises. We rely on advanced analytical instruments and testing equipment to monitor the whole process of products, provide scientific and effective theoretical data for production, and provide users with high-level quality supervision services.

Frequently Asked Questions
What are fused cast zirconia blocks?
Fused cast zirconia blocks are high-performance zirconia refractories manufactured by melting high-purity raw materials in specialized electric furnaces and casting them to obtain high corrosion resistance and structural stability.
What is the difference between RTK-Z9540 and RTK-Z9510?
The primary difference lies in the zirconium content. RTK-Z9540 has a zirconium content of over 89%, whereas RTK-Z9510 features a higher zirconium content of over 93% (typically around 93.6% ZrO₂).
How do these blocks prevent glass contamination?
Their crystalline structure is primarily composed of baddeleyite, which ensures exceptionally high corrosion resistance against molten glass and a low foaming rate, keeping the glass melt pure and clean.
What quality assurance certifications do you have?
Our manufacturing processes are fully certified under ISO9001 (Quality), ISO14001 (Environmental), and ISO45001 (Occupational Health and Safety) management systems, supported by digital tracking for complete traceability.
What are the key physical properties of RTK-Z9510?
It features a high bulk density of 5.2 g/cm³, normal temperature compressive strength of 600 M9a, very low apparent porosity (≤1.0%), and excellent thermal stability at high temperatures up to 1600°C.
