High-Performance Fused Cast Mullite Block Suppliers - China Factory for Metallurgical & Industrial Uses
Brief Introduction
RTK-FM/ZM fused cast zirconia mullite block are made from high-quality mullite clinker, imported bauxite and zircon sand by melting and casting at high temperature in electric arc furnace. It is mainly used for wear-resistant and high temperature resistant parts, such as skid roll bricks of metallurgical push-type furnace or tapping platform (tapping spout) of walking beam heating furnace and lining of garbage incinerator.
We have passed ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 management system certification. At the same time, our company has established an intelligent management platform to conduct digital collection and analysis of the production process from raw materials to finished products, and have steadily improved the quality stability and traceability of products.
We use the most advanced flaw detection radar GPR of Laurel (USA) Instrument Co., Ltd. to detect the internal defects of blocks. The GPR is equipped with a 2.7G antenna, a positioning system, a touch screen operation interface and six control buttons. It can detect the internal cavities of inorganic non-metallic materials and display the detection results in images. The results are intuitive and efficient.
We establish a standardized, independent and efficient quality assurance system according to the requirements of modern enterprises. We rely on advanced analytical instruments and testing equipment to monitor the whole process of products, provide scientific and effective theoretical data for production, and provide users with high-level quality supervision services.

They are primarily used for wear-resistant and high-temperature resistant parts, such as skid roll bricks in metallurgical push-type furnaces, tapping platforms (tapping spouts) in walking beam heating furnaces, and the lining of garbage incinerators.
The blocks are manufactured from high-quality mullite clinker, imported bauxite, and zircon sand, which are melted and cast at high temperatures in an electric arc furnace.
We utilize the advanced Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) from Laurel (USA) Instrument Co., Ltd. equipped with a 2.7G antenna to inspect the internal cavities and defects of the blocks, providing intuitive and efficient image results.
Our company has passed ISO9001 quality management system, ISO14001 environmental management system, and ISO45001 occupational health and safety management system certifications.
The typical ZrO2 content for the FM block is 2.5%, whereas the ZM block features a higher typical ZrO2 content of 5.0%.
The calculated specific gravity is 3.0 g/cm³ for ordinary/inclined casting, 3.1 g/cm³ for quasi-non shrinkage casting, and 3.2 g/cm³ for non-shrinkage casting.
