Fused Cast Zirconia Block RTK-Z910 - High Purity Glass Furnace Solution from China Suppliers and Factory
Brief Introduction
Fused cast zirconia blocks are high zirconia refractories made by melting high purity raw materials through special casting process. The series of molten high zirconium bricks mainly includes RTK-Z9540 (zirconium content >89%) and RTK-Z9510 (zirconium content >93%). RTK-Z9510 Mineral composition: ZrO₂ (93.6%), SiO₂ (5.3%), Na₂O (0.05%).
The crystalline structure of fused cast zirconia blocks is mainly composed of baddeleyite, so it has extremely high corrosion resistance, low foaming rate characteristics, these advantages can prevent the contamination of the molten glass.
Zirconia refractory products are produced with PLC programmed special electric furnace and special material incubator. During casting, the shrinkage cavity block is obtained after molding. This casting method is generally used for cast zirconia block products.
We Reftech have passed ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 management system certification. At the same time, our company has established an intelligent management platform to conduct digital collection and analysis of the production process from raw materials to finished products, and have steadily improved the quality stability and traceability of products.
We establish a standardized, independent and efficient quality assurance system according to the requirements of modern enterprises. We rely on advanced analytical instruments and testing equipment to monitor the whole process of products, provide scientific and effective theoretical data for production, and provide users with high-level quality supervision services.

Frequently Asked Questions
What are the main types and chemical compositions of Reftech's fused cast zirconia blocks?
Our molten high zirconium brick series mainly includes RTK-Z9540 (zirconium content >89%) and RTK-Z9510 (zirconium content >93%). For instance, the mineral composition of RTK-Z9510 consists of ZrO₂ (93.6%), SiO₂ (5.3%), and Na₂O (0.05%).
Why do fused cast zirconia blocks effectively prevent glass contamination?
The crystalline structure of our fused cast zirconia blocks is primarily composed of baddeleyite. This specific structure provides exceptionally high corrosion resistance and low foaming rates, which prevents the contamination of the molten glass during production.
What manufacturing technology is used to produce these zirconia refractory blocks?
These products are manufactured using a PLC programmed special electric furnace and a specialized material incubator. During the casting process, the shrinkage cavity block is obtained after molding.
What quality certifications does Reftech hold?
Reftech has passed ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 management system certifications. We also operate an intelligent management platform for digital data collection and analysis from raw materials to finished products to ensure stability and traceability.
What are the primary physical properties of these zirconia blocks?
The blocks feature a normal temperature compressive strength of 600 Mpa, a bulk density of 5.2 g/cm³, and an apparent porosity of ≤1.0%. Additionally, the corrosion resistance of molten glass at the three-phase interface is ≤0.8 mm/24h.
