RTK-AZS33, a high-performance refractory material, is particularly superior in preventing molten glass from being contaminated. It has little tendency to cause stones, bubbles and matrix glass phase precipitation in the glass. And it has strong resistance to acid and alkaline slag as well as molten glass, making it suitable for use in harsh chemical environments. It is applicable to the upper structure of the melting end , the side wall of the working pool, the paving blocks and forehearth, etc.
Fused Cast 41＃AZS Block ( RTK-AZS41)
RTK-AZS41 has high corrosion resistance and low pollution to molten glass, and is suitable for parts in glass furnace that require high corrosion resistance, such as fully electric melting furnace, throat, weir, bubbler block, and doghouse corner block. The main chemical composition is SiO₂, Al₂O₃, ZrO₂, and the raw materials are high purity alumina, zircon sand and zirconia, and the reasonable ratio makes the product pure texture and reasonable crystal phase structure and these materials are tested for chemical composition and physical and chemical properties before use
Fused Cast 36 ＃ AZS Block(RTK-AZS36)
RTK-AZS36 is a standard oxidation fused cast AZS block, which has the characteristics of particularly high resistance to the corrosion of molten glass and low contamination, and its performance in these two aspects is balanced. And it has strong resistance to acid and alkaline slag as well as molten glass, making it suitable for use in harsh chemical environments. It is applicable to the parts in direct contact with the molten glass in the glass furnace, such as the side wall of the melting end, the paving tiles and the doghouse.
