Fused Cast α-β-Alumina Block(RTK-M)

RTK-M is composed of about 50% each of α-alumina and β-alumina , and the interlocking of the two crystals forms a very dense structure with excellent resistance to strong alkalis.
Its resistance to erosion of molten glass is comparable to that of AZS in the temperature range below 1350℃. Since it contains almost no impurities such as Fe₂O₃ and TiO₂, the matrix glass phase is very small, and it has the excellent property of not contaminating the molten glass by minimizing the occurrence of foreign matter such as bubbles when in contact with the molten glass.
Therefore, it is the most suitable for working pool wall, pavement, material channel and channel of high-grade glass furnace.

RTK-H is composed of nearly 100% β-alumina with a dense structure and high resistance to spalling. especially showing extremely high corrosion resistance to strong alkali vapor, almost no glass phase, and no contamination to molten glass. It can be used for superstructures with little glass raw material scattering or oxy-fuel combustion furnace, and it can give full play to its excellent performance. RTK-H can be applied to the superstructure of the working end, doghouse arch, hearth cover, etc. it has excellent low contamination performance to the molten glass.

Fused Cast α- Alumina Block (RTK-A)

RTK-A is composed of nearly 100% a-alumina, which has high temperature resistance, strong alkali resistance, compact structure, excellent chemical stability and strong wear resistance. Its corrosion resistance to various slags is far stronger than other aluminum silicate products, and it is an ideal material for the skid roll bricks of the metallurgy electrolyzer and heating furnace. Due to the use of high-purity raw materials, less impurities and almost no matrix glass phase, it has excellent low contamination performance to the molten glass.
