China Suppliers Factory Fused Cast Zirconia Block (RTK-Z910) for High-Quality Glass Furnaces
Brief Introduction
Fused cast zirconia blocks are high zirconia refractories made by melting high purity raw materials through special casting process. The series of molten high zirconium bricks mainly includes RTK-Z9540 (zirconium content >89%) and RTK-Z9510 (zirconium content >93%). RTK-Z9510 Mineral composition: ZrO₂ (93.6%), SiO₂ (5.3%), Na₂O (0.05%).
The crystalline structure of fused cast zirconia blocks is mainly composed of baddeleyite, so it has extremely high corrosion resistance, low foaming rate characteristics, these advantages can prevent the contamination of the molten glass.
Zirconia refractory products are produced with PLC programmed special electric furnace and special material incubator. During casting, the shrinkage cavity block is obtained after molding. This casting method is generally used for cast zirconia block products.
We Reftech have passed ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 management system certification. At the same time, our company has established an intelligent management platform to conduct digital collection and analysis of the production process from raw materials to finished products, and have steadily improved the quality stability and traceability of products.
We establish a standardized, independent and efficient quality assurance system according to the requirements of modern enterprises. We rely on advanced analytical instruments and testing equipment to monitor the whole process of products, provide scientific and effective theoretical data for production, and provide users with high-level quality supervision services.

Frequently Asked Questions
What are fused cast zirconia blocks?
Fused cast zirconia blocks are high-performance zirconia refractories manufactured by melting high-purity raw materials in a specialized electric furnace and using a unique casting process.
What is the difference between RTK-Z9540 and RTK-Z9510?
The main difference lies in their zirconium content. RTK-Z9540 features a zirconium content of over 89%, while RTK-Z9510 contains a higher zirconium content of over 93%.
Why do fused cast zirconia blocks prevent glass contamination?
Because their crystalline structure is primarily composed of baddeleyite, they offer exceptionally high corrosion resistance against molten glass and maintain a very low foaming rate.
What quality management certifications does Reftech hold?
Reftech is certified under ISO9001 (Quality Management System), ISO14001 (Environmental Management System), and ISO45001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management System).
What are the key physical properties of these zirconia blocks?
They feature a normal temperature compressive strength of 600 Mpa, a bulk density of 5.2 g/cm³, and an apparent porosity of less than or equal to 1.0%.
